I want to apply to Hills Road Sixth Form College in Cambridge. However since I am an out area applicant, only 5-10% students gets an offer. Anyways they highly emphasised that in our personal statement we have to show our passion for subject we want to take in A-levels. I want to study Biology, Chemistry and Maths in my A-levels. (I want to study medicine in the future) therefore how do I show my passion for these subject? They did talk about volunteering works but I don't think I can shadow a Doctor since I am under 16. They also said I need to show evidence for my passion. Please help.

It’s always good to mention books that inspired you to take medicine and how well these course will help you in the future. Your never to young to volunteer there is always something you can do, have you thought about doing work Expirence with NHS? Ik from a fact that they do work Expirence as my friend who also took these subjects for medicine has done work Expirence with NHS

Thanks! My dad works in a NHS hospitals and he asked if I was allowed to do volunteering and they refused since I am under 16. So, I am not sure. It might be because of his ward but is there any other volunteering works I can do in the medicine field.
