Scared to sleep Watch

    So I’m really scared to sleep because I have things like ghosts and aliens on my mind and I’m feeling as if someone is watching me , hearing noises and the room gets really cold and I felt this since I was a child I’m 15 now I wanna go sleep but I’m too scared

    I would suggest seeing your doctor, to make sure everything is ok neurologically and psychologically. I hope you get better soon.

    Seconding the advice to see a doctor if this is a recurring thing. If however it's because of a trigger such as watching a scary movie then I'd advise putting on a light hearted show..a cartoon even

    Get a nightlight or if your room has dimmer switches, dim it to the lowest setting and go to sleep then.

    Or do it the old-fashioned way and sleep under the duvet.

    Have the light on, watch a comedy to make u laugh or play music u like until you're tired enough to sleep. See your GP asap too, they can probably prescribe u things to help calm u and get u help to overcome your fears.
