My parents earn too much for me to get a decent living loan, with the loan I would get I wouldn’t even be able to afford accommodation. However, my parents will not contribute to funding for university so are there any other options available to help me get a higher loan? Otherwise I won’t be able to afford to go to the uni I want to

You might be eligible for funding from your university - look into bursaries and scholarships

The only ways to get a higher loan are to meet the requirement to be classed as independent from your parents. That means either:
    - support yourself financially for 36 months
    - wait until you're 25
    - get married/civil partnered
    - have a child
    -adopt a child
-be irrecovably estranged (as in with proof that you don't speak at all) from your parents for over a year

You'll be able to get a student bank account with an interest free overdraft. Most students manage by budgeting carefully (maybe finding cheaper halls) and/or by earning money before they go to university and while they study.
