I got predicted a C for chemistry when I need a B for the course I want to apply for. I have spoken to my teacher and she said she won't predict me higher than a C. I need to speak to her but I don't know what to say. She has predicted many people Bs and gladly changed their predicted but wont for me. I don't know what to do and how to raise it without begging. I have 2 weeks until the ucas deadline for our school and I don't want to send it off without a B as my predicted.

At my school we are allowed to get our predicted grades changed if we can prove that we can get a higher grade through past papers, so maybe do a few chemistry past papers were you get a B grade and show your teacher. If you think its something personal with that teacher try going to the head of department or another chemistry teacher who knows you and your capabilities!

Worst case I would suggest that you do beg! At the end of the day if you think you can achieve a B, then you may as well do everything you can to persuade your teacher. The worst thing that can happen is your teacher still say no, but that is just the same situation you're in now. Try to explain how much you would like to go onto your course and then maybe they will be more accommodating with your grade prediction?
