Currently studying sport science in 3rd year. Being mentored by a top organisation towards my accreditation (needed for this specific job), they set tasks which I completed and they provide feedback. I have also done some coaching with them.

I am currently training my universities team and this company are letting me use their equipment and testing devices (and even the expensive stuff) for my own team and they even showed me how to use it. All of their staff are supportive and positive and they are all guiding me.

Because of the strong support/guiding network I am now doing the exact job with my own team by myself and if I am unsure about something they give me advice to. My lecture told the whole class I was one of this companies employees (although this hasn't actually been confirmed).

I would class it more like an internship but they are so good to me and I love it, it motivates me to work hard. I don't have a formal role because my mentor said they don't usually take on under grads (their formal intern is a grad). What would you state it as? Intern? Mentorship? or informal employee?
