Does anyone have any driving test advice, take my test on Tuesday and don't know what else I can do to prepare (besides practice driving).

Don't drive too slow

Don't drive too fast either.
Don't hesitate too long on junctions or roundabouts, but dont pull out if not sure causing anyone to change speed. If you don't understand anything ask them to repeat.Last edited by RiahDawson; 10-11-2017 at 18:53.

- If you do something wrong on e.g. roundabout etiquette then it probably won't matter as long as you are looking around you and are aware of everything around you (I did this and just got a minor)
- If you don't know what the speed limit is then just go 30 if its busy/around houses or 40 if it's not built-up
- Don't rush through your manoeuvre - think about it and do it carefully and confidently
- And if you hit the kerb, do it very gently.
Also, you may be surprised with how much you can get away with doing wrong. As long as you have awareness then even some big mess-ups won't mean an instant fail. The examiner understands that you aren't experienced and that will come in time, but they must see that you are a confident and safe driver.Last edited by Sint; 10-11-2017 at 18:55.
