Hi everyone, I'm finding A levels literally so stressful sometimes I just want to... not exist! A bit dramatic but I stress very easily anyway!

My main worry is my stress will prevent me from getting my predicted grades or close to them and I will go into clearing ultimately! I am predicted high grades, but I really don't think I can get them, maybe one grade lower but for me getting an A* at a level just seems so hard for me! How have you all coped with A level stress and still managed to get decent grades?

    Thank you so much!

Beale failed my course last year but the last few weeks I pulled everything up from going to fail to AAA. The best thing to do is talk to your tutor, let them know how your feeling, they can really help you minimize that stress your feeling.

Wow that's amazing!! My school know I get stressed which does help a little, but I think it's uncertainty that bothers me the most. I hope I can get three As at the end of it!

What do you do when you get stressed? Do you work out? Like when I get stressed I put music on and read for few hours.
You need to find something that when your not coping you can do it and become bit more relaxed.

( omg read what I wrote above way to many mistakes. Was in rush when I wrote that )

Same! I usually listen to music or go for a walk, or find something to eat!😝 I find walking does help me the most when I feel like I’m not coping, as well as talking to family too!!

Haha don’t worry!!😂 that is me all the time!!

I'm doing fine. Managing to keep on top of things and read ahead.

I wish you the best for A Levels OP, for me it came with learning to properly time manage.
