    How did you revise?
I remembered 3-5 quotes from each poem (I started doing this from february half term) and completed any exam questions we were given in class etc. For the novels and plays I read critical analysis' online and proceeded to take ideas from them and develop them further. When revising for novels and plays, I found that copying quotes that fit into certain themes helped as it gave me more to explore in my exam answers. Categorize your quotes into characters and themes - don't remember a bulk of quotes as it isn't useful.

I'm sorry if I came across that way - I'm really not like that. I wasn't an all A/A* student at gcse lmaooo I was far from that. i know what you guys mean - there are too many pretentious people on tsr. I just want to help people bc I can give a better perspective on how to achieve a grade 9 as I had no direction when doing my gcse.

Do a specimen paper, see if you struggle with the format of any of the questions. If so, revise that question and look over your notes on the particular text you struggled with. Try to answer the questions one at a time under timed conditions - that's something that caught me out in my actual exam.
