About 4 hours. You don't need so much sleep as you get older.
Well I look forward to having more time in my day

I need around 10 to 12 hours of sleep to function properly. I have health issues though.
My friend needs a lot of sleep due to health as well. I think that sleep might help her escape depression, which she’s had for a while now, but is slowly getting better.

I had a large family so it was a combination of having to get up early to sort them all out for breakfast/school etc and now that I'm nearly 70, my body clock has got used to getting up so early.

That’s so lovely (well it was probably rather hectic)! I'd quite like a large family. I used to only want two children, but I’d happily have four.

Can we just talk about how some people believe 1 and a half hours constitutes a nap. That’s literally me getting comfortable ready to shut my eyes. I’d say a good 4 hours.

Between 4 to 5. I uually sleep around 12am and wake up at half 4 (5 if I am being lazy and I hit snooze like 3 times). I am quite active in the morning so I don't find myself getting tired throughout the day probably because of me running in the morning and working out.
