Hi guys I’m kinda worried, I admit that I’m regretful that I have googled things like “naturism” and “young kids skinny dipping”. I am ashamed that I done it, at the time it was out of pure curiosity to see what would come up. I searched this stuff up a long time ago (nearly a year ago) I am worried if the police are gonna knock on my door. Is this illegal?

I think there's worse things on the internet that the police monitor. Maybe use incognito and delete your history.. or just not search that stuff?

If you're in a strict muslim country, then you probably will be

But otherwise, there's no shame in looking up naturism and trying it yourself if you're old enough

Not illegal but messed up, you'll live.

Both your plausible deniability, and ostensible contrition have been duly noted by Special Branch.

It has been almost a year and police haven't turned up so you will be fine.

Police don't magically turn up to your front door as soon as you search something taboo/weird on the internet.

No, that's not something to lose sleep over.

You're not going to get in trouble. A lot of people search weird things for completely pure reasons. I've had to google slightly questionable things for writing short stories for my degree etc. If it's on google, it's not going to be illegal as if it was it wouldn't be on there.
