For anyone who is preparing or has done medical interviews- what sort of resources did you use?

Also, wondering if this interview book is worth it? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Medical-Int...nterviews+book

    Thank you!

Practice. Find somebody who is competent (teacher, doctor, etc) and practice with them. It's all very well and good reading books and rote learning but when you're in an interview your verbal communication and ability to answer questions you haven't prepared for, are going to be tested.

Hi there, I am a representative from Medic Mind, and we can definitely help in the preparation of medical interviews! Our services offer 1-1 mentoring on MMI and Panel Interviews, guiding you through every aspect of your interview, focusing on your speaking, your answers and your tone, speaking, posture and general mannerism. We have prepared an interview pack, in which you are thoroughly informed about Panel, MMI, Oxbridge Specialist Training, and a brief Curriculum Overview.

Having a personalised approach to your universities and applications, we will help you develop your model answers based on common questions, how to articulate your answers confidently, and run mock interviews using video analysis and expert feedback from us! Our Personalised Lesson Schedule will be based on your preferences, universities applied to, and the type of interview.

An interview book may provide the questions asked, however, our expert specialists are medical students that have successfully undergone the process, and have compiled interviews, from a background of medical schools. Alongside, our extensive data through online research will aid you fully in your preparation!

Generally, it takes 7-16 hours on average to get through all the content, and each Mock Interview takes 1 hour.

Get in touch with us now by emailing [email protected]. We will be happy to tell you more, and get you started on our 1-1 Interview Mentoring!
