Hi. So I'm an international applicant. I haven't applied to UCAS yet. I haven't even given my IELTS yet. I will apply to unis this November and probably give my IELTS in December/January. So I wanted to know if I can still get a conditional offer from them now and then tick my IELTS as 'pending' and upload it later on in February. I seriously don't need 5 rejections! Someone pls help me out!...

Its Friday night for goodness sake.
Your application will be fine for now.
IELTS is needed for your tier 4 visa and for them to release your CAS number much later on. My understanding is they will simply put it as a condition as part of any offer later on and expect to supply it with the rest of your exam results. They will not give you a CAS until you have satisfied them of your English ability and you need it IELTS UK Vi for your tier 4 visa application.

I did. But none are absolutely sure. I was looking for someone who actually applied and got the IELTS as a conditional offer and I did find one!
