Got a Polo, love it to bits!

Reply 2

the lupo is the smaller one so iwll prob be cheaper

go for the polo tho - still small but a nice size.

Reply 3

i quite like the lupo gti but other wise it would have to be a polo.

Reply 4

Get the lupo - cheaper, cheaper on insurance, and a 1.0 polo would be slower than lichen. Or buy the carbon copy seat arosa for even less.

Reply 5

Easy, get the Seat Arosa or Seat Ibiza. More value for money, same car, cheaper.

Lupo- cooler looking than the Polo (how shallow is that  ). Though it only has 4 seats so obviously not as practical. Can't comment on the 1.0 as I have the 1.4, but like lodzinski said the 1.0 Polo would be BEYOND slow.

I am biased of course...but I LOVE my Lupo. I've had a lot of compliments on it as there aren't many around (and lots of people asking what it is  ). I originally looked at 1.0s but there didn't seem to be a lot of difference in the price between the two engines on digging around a bit- I had to travel 60 miles to get mine. :driver:

Id say the Polos already small enough! Golf?

I have a 2000 plate 306, which is a very capable tool.

I have a Polo GTi, and my friend has a Lupo GTi. Both are great cars, but I prefer having a car with more interior space, however Lupos look amazing!

Reply 10

Lupos are a woman's car.

Reply 11

Do these look like girl's cars?

Reply 12

Looks like a car that hasn't had its modifications declared to the insurance company.

That bottom set of rims look like the steel ones off of my mam's Escort van.

Reply 13

Haha, you'll be very well surprised to find out those alloy wheels are the ones that are impossible to kurb. Radinox Schmidts in case you are wondering

Reply 14

That's the Lupo GTI though, and I'd still verge on yes.

1.0 polo ain't that slow
