simplying watch

1. 1/(2x+1)^1/2 - 1/(2x+1)^3/2 = 2x/(2x+1)^3/2

how does this simplify, i tried making the denominator the same but i still can't seem to work it out?

how do i simplify this into
4. you should factorise out ( 2x + 1 ) 0.5 on the top and bottom & then cancel them out.
