    Hello!
    I sent my national ID to SFE at 24 October and you send me an email that you will return it within the next 10 working days but I haven't received neither my ID nor an other email with information.
    Please, inform me accordingly since I am an EU student and I have not a passport only my national ID that I absolutely need.

    Hi Chara_Kal,

    On the information that you have provided your passport, once validated, should be on its way back to you now.

    Ten working days does not include the weekends, it will be returned to the home address that you have provided, unless you have advised otherwise when you sent it to us.

    The thing is that I didn't receive any email with the tracking code as you mentioned on your email and also I believe that the ten working days have passed.

    Hi Chara_Kal,

    We have no access to specific accounts here, the ten working days is only an estimate and from the information you provided I would expect that the passport would have been dispatched to you by yesterday.

    To check if the passport is in the mail and the tracking number you would need give us a call, if you are an EU Postgraduate student, call us on,
