Is it pointless for females to strive to have a slim 'slightly sculpted' body as they get older into their 40's, 50's etc. Apparantly women lose attractiveness with age so aesthetically speaking it it not worth all the effort? Obviously its important to health but healthy bodyweight has a wide variation im talking aesthetically.
Im only 5ft (so dont get noticed much anyway) and know that a strict workout routine is hard work so wondered is it worth maintaining to a strict standard my whole life.
