Should I continue studying or start working in health care fields? watch

    • Thread Starter

Hi, there's something that's been clouding my mind and I honestly don't know which option I should go for. I want to become a neonatal nurse, however I have no a levels or university degree for it. I'm right now not studying or working, but from September I want to persue my career. Is there a way for me to get into children's nurse/ neonatal nurse without uni and a levels? Maybe through apprenticeships? Work experience in different fields? I did hear about the nursing degree apprenticeships however the unis and colleges near me have not announced that they're doing them. I don't want to go uni and get loans out if I'm not guaranteed a job, do u get what I mean? I was wondering if I start working as a health care assistant can I get into a child nursing job through that or can I work my way up from there if so how? thank you in advance
