when should i start revising for english literature gcse? Watch

    my english literature exam is on january 8th 2018 and i was wondering when i should start revising for it? i don’t want to start revising too early for it as i worry i may burn out. english literature is the only exam i am doing in january and i have already done the poetry component as coursework. thank-you.

    Depends how bright you are and how much you want a decent grade.

    You can do revision, which isnt really revision which is making good notes. Have a look at Mr Bruff (youtube and podcast or ebook) and draw up a timetable of what you need to cover or where you find things are difficult.

    Sooner you start, then the less you have to do later. You can always take a break if you get too far ahead.


    Because its TSR then there are plenty who claim to have done no revision or the night before.

    ps that means id draw up a plan of what tasks I had to do and then spread them through the remaining time. I would start by December and get my notes into a good state.
