Professional services firms invest in technology to meet the needs of their clients more efficiently. Some of them have been looking into predictive analytics and artificial intelligence to achieve this, and what this means is that data - and big data - can be analysed more quickly so solutions can be created for their clients at a rapid pace. This will give one firm the upper edge. Consequently, this will lead to automation replacing jobs and so these firms so can cut cost i.e. labour and realise higher profits.

Good luck in your interview! :P
