    He didn't just do weight training I think, I'm not sure, I don't really know how boys work out I only do cardio and small weights

    Interestingly there is a medical condition called Takotsubo cardiomyopathy. It's often misdiagnosed as a regular heart attack but is caused by acute stress such as heart break. So people can literally die from a broken heart.
