hi i am doing my mock exams in a few weeks and need help on how to remember quotes and science knowledge any help?

There are couple of ways, I didn't do science but these may still help:

Acronyms - make up words of important things to help you remember (ie FACE means focus, action plan, create action, end).

Sentences or poems - works the same way as acronyms you make up sentences or poems/rhymes to help you remember, such as Richard Of York Gave Battle in Vain for Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Indigo Violet of the colour spectrum.

Visualisation - do detailed visualisation of things using memory methods such as Roman Room, Loci, Journey, Memory Palaces, to associate things with places or rooms you already know.

Memories in bite size pieces, the short term memory can only hold 5-9 bits of information at a time before it chucks something out in to forgetfulness. Study regularly in the day in spare moments like waiting for the bus etc. Do index cards, mind map/cheat sheet books and carry them with them.

Know how you learn - Kinesthetic, Audio, Visual and use methods to suit those.
