    Basically I have to share a room with a brother who is 20 and a sister who is 10 can I report that anywhere

    Well on the nspcc I found this: There is currently no law in the United Kingdom about children of different genders sharing a bedroom. We would not advise that children of the opposite sex over the age of 10 share a room. ( Hope this helps)

    that would count as overcrowding but if it's doing no harm i think there's such a housing shortage there's not much that can be done.
