Constantly tired and my brain feels like mush watch

    • Thread Starter

I don't know what's wrong with me but I'm so unmotivated about studying / revising and I'm constantly tired like I could just go to sleep right there and then. Every time I sit down and try to do some studying or past papers or whatever my brain just feels like it's made of mush and I end up reading the question over and over without it actually sinking in.

Any advice? It's really worrying me I've got mocks in 3 weeks and I'm supposed to be predicted top grades...

Chronic fatigue may be an iron deficiency. I had something similar and my taking an iron supplement after a week I woke up in the morning so much more energised.
I know it’s hard to find motivation but exercise also really helps.
Also if you make a revision timetable with just 2 topics or tasks to complete each day eg a set of pages to make notes on or a past paper, you are more likely to get world done as you have an actual goal to work towards
