i am starting at the Uni next year coming from NESCol, 3rd year of 1 of the mechanical engineering courses. i am currently doing my big project which is what i will be judged on by the Aberdeen Uni entrance people and would like to incorporate some fluid analysis in to my report and conclusions.
anybody here any good with the software that is on the computers there? the college doesn't have any CFD software so i have had no practice on it. i have already made up some 3D models on AutoCad Inventor, would i be able to import these in to the uni software without much hassle or would i have to start the design again from scratch?

    thanks in advance
