Essentially i took a plate off a bench press bar from one side, it then tilted , and a plate from the other side fell off almost hitting someone on a nearby station. To make it worse, though the fallen plate didn't hit this person, it smashed their fancy gym bottle and the drink inside got all over them. This was extremely dangerous and stupid of me.At least this idiot (me) won't make this mistake ever again.

If you've got your own gym fails (i'd imagine not as bad as mine)- share them.

Mine didn’t actually happen in the gym but in the reception whilst walking through the to gym. I don’t know how I managed it but my legs got caught up in the turnstile lifting me up off of the floor and practically flipping me upside down. I heard the receptionist break into laughter whilst trying to serve someone it was so humiliating.
