1. I need to simplify this algebraic fraction: (with / being the fraction)

12^2 - 6h / 27h^2 - 18h

The answer should be 2(2h -1) / 3(3h - 2)

Factorise both the numerator and the denominator. For example, the numerator should become 6h(2h-1).

Then you can cancel out factors to simplify the fraction.
