I'm going to do a degree level Apprenticeship but I need to write a personal statement.
From what I could find I need to write it like I would if I were applying for a job but I'm not 100% sure and I can't find any kind of guide anywhere.
What kind of questions should I be answering in the personal statement and should I write anything about the course as well as the employer?
Also, I know to include about interests/hobbies and achievements but I literally don't do anything worth writing about on a personal statement so what could I do about that?
    Thanks.

Write about your skills if you’ve ever had work experience somewhere or a job. What you learned etc.
Write about teamwork and perseverance if you play a sport, or discipline if you play an instrument (don’t have to be in grades).
If you’ve been on a school trip to somewhere mildly academic to do with your apprenticeship eg a science fair for an engineering placement. Write about a company you found particularly interesting.

If none of the above apply, read a few journal/blog articles and write about those. For science, FOCUS magazine, new scientist and chem/Physics/biology review. If otherwise, research blog posts and articles.

What is the field of your apprenticeship ?

Computing. Only the work experience part applies but I'm sure the employer wants to know about extra curricular activities but I don't have any 😂😂 I'm never gonna get accepted
