    Hi all,

I’m doing a bit of exclusive research into everyone’s graduate schemes in the last few years and wanted to find out how you would rate it and whether it was worthwhile for your career. Some questions for a response would be as follows:

Did you enjoy your grad scheme?
    Did you finish it?
    Did you hate it?
Was it never really a graduate scheme?
What was really cool about it?
    What could’ve been improved?
How was your first ever manager after graduating? Did you have a good relationship with them?

I really want to find out whether large companies are better at executing grad schemes or are small/medium businesses and start-ups doing great too.

Would love to hear your experiences.

    Please share :-)

What makes this exclusive and what’s the research for?

It’s an article for one of the top newspapers in the UK, however names of those that respond will not be mentioned.

Is this the right forum for that sort of research?

Glassdoor and other review sites like Ratemyplacement, InsideBuzz means there’s already a lot of rich information out there about this subject.
