Here are some questions to help you:

What kind of area are you hoping to get work experience in? Is it teaching, the civil service, IT...? If you do know this, are there any ways you can show an interest in it or relevant skills? For example if you wanted to go into It, you might say 'I had a project in Year 11 to programme a sudoku solver... I used .... and ... and in the end I got a 9 on that task'

What activities have you been involved inside and outside of school? Have you been part of a club at school or play a sport or volunteered somewhere? Can you highlight some of the key skills you got and how you got them from these experiences? E.g. During my 6 months at ....charity shop, I improved my interpersonal skills by shadowing an experienced volunteer for the first week, and then taking on responsibility by being in charge of .... and was able to orchestrate ...£ in sales in one week.

You have my sympathy as it is tough to write a CV at age 16/18.
