    Hello,
I completed an internship at HSBC in Germany (which belongs to HSBC but is independent).
Will they call the HR in Germany to ask for everything I sent them for the application process?

Do you have experience with such a case?

Is it on your CV/ application form?

It would depend whether they are all on one HR system, in which case they could recall your previous employment. If not, then unlikely you matter enough. Did you do well and get a reference/ have a referee?
Was the internship part of a formal program or something you just applied for on spec?

Is it something you are concerned about? I cant see its an issue, unless you feel you have something they would rather not see? If not, then either they can and will or they do not. better things to spend your time on.
