    Hi everyone
With mocks coming up in january i want to start studying effectively, any tips eg, time to study, how to study etc.
    Any suggestions would help!

Make a schedule for when you'll study that you'll commit to.See what you struggle with the most and spend the most time on them until you can get it. An organised way of doing this is colour coding each part in a subject green yellow and red. Start with red. Do a question. if you get it wrong move on to another part and come back to that one in 5 mins. if you get it right you can move it to yellow and redo it in 10 mins. if you get it to green you can leave it for longer.

    Other techniques you can use:
    -Mind maps
    -Flash cards
    -"Body Pegs"
-make a song about what you need to remember

The best studying is not spending hours non stop staring at a textbook. take frequent breaks; the more you take the shorter they should be but then have a longer break after about 3. This helps your brain have time to digest what you just put into it.
if youre finding it hard to focus and get into work, go for a run! star jumps, play a sport, anything for a bit to get your mind alert.
