    Have a maths test tommorow Im in year 9
    -PYTHAGORAS THEOREM
    -ADDING,MULTIPLYING,SUBTRACTING FRACTIONS
    -SIMULTANEOUS EQUATIONS
    -AREA OF SECTORS
    -SURDS (BASICALLY RATIONALIZING ETC) ADDING AND SUBTRACTING+MULTIPLYING

    Please could someone briefly explain all of these

    Trust me when I say you're better off practicing the basic questions for each topic, or youtubing them. Reading explanations doesn't really work for maths - it's about doing. If you have specific queries about any of the topics you should post them here.

    In a maths lesson would you rather the teacher stood in front of the class and told you how to do it, or showed you how to do it and gave you practise questions?
