Accommodation room available at the Old Fire Station in Aston University, Birmingham
I am currently finding a tenant to take over my room.
I have a studio room available from December or ASAP.
This is a gold studio flat in Bandstand which is a brand-new building with a double bed, own kitchen, own shower room, desk and study area.
The Old Fire Station is in a really good location, which is on campus next to the Main building of Aston University and BCU(5mins walk). It is 10 mins away from the City Centre. There are several places for grocery shopping including Tesco and Sainsbury's within 5 min walk.
It is a very nice studio flat for someone who is looking to stay for studies.
This is the only gold studio room left at the Old Fire Station.
All bills included. £160 per week.
The contract runs until 8th September 2018. So it is suitable for postgraduate students as well.

I will come to Birmingham as an Erasmus student at Aston University in 12th Jan and I am looking for a studio room in Old Fire Station for 6 months. I would like to rent the flat.
