Would I be able to study Mechanical engineering with these subjects and grades?
A level: Use of Mathematics (C)
A level: Business Studies (D)
BTEC Subsidiary Diploma: Applied Science (Distinction*)
I am not looking at high end universities (Russell groups), I am interested in:
- Wolverhampton uni (Grades needed: CCD)
- Birmingham City uni (Grades needed: BBC)
- Sheffield Hallam uni (Grades needed: CCC)
- Bolton University uni (Grades needed: BCC)
Any guidance would be appreciated![]()

It might be best to contact the universities you're interested in directly to see if they'd accept your grades.
Sorry I can't be any more helpful, but best of luck!
