So Ive started studying my features artist for my GCSE mock which is in a month. I’ve chosen Leonid Afremov but I need some ideas to help me develop my sketchbook , that shows my understanding. I usually stick to artists which are quite typical to gcse like Paul Cézanne and David Hockney and there are quite a few exemplar that guide me along the way. So if anyone has ANY ideas to fill my sketch book pages it
    will be greatly appreciated
Also my question is : URBAN LANDSCAPES Attachment 703400

I love Pinterest but it’s not giving me many ideas to develop Leonid Afremov as my feature artist unfortunately

have you tried looking at his official pinterest account ?
im not sure if something like this would get you marks but you could also try filling out your sketchbook with recreations of his work but in different colours or tones and analyse how that affects the overall mood of the piece, summarising why the artist has chosen the certain colours.
