    Hi All
I have to be honest and start by saying that last year i was rejected by UCL CSML, that's the only programme i applied for, course director is David Barber.
This year nothing has changed but i was thinking of applying for either there Msc ML or Msc Data Science and ML.
I know very well that it will be rejection again but i am hoping that the PD for ML is not David but Herbert. Unsure about the PD for Msc Ds and ML.
Questions i have, is it worth again to apply for ? They rejected me on the basis of less marks in my Grad and Post Grad degrees although it was upper second class
    Please advise
    Thanks

What's changed between then and now? If things are still the same then I don't see why they'd accept you now if they didn't before since Universities are getting more applicants year on year.

    Thanks Rahman,
Only thing that changed is am applying for a different course. If the PD is the same then of course a rejection again but if not then i can have some hope. The CSML is a very competitive course and i got rejected but may be i have some chance in there Data Science course.
I am just not sure it's just that i didn't applied to those courses before.
That's why i was thinking to apply

What are the entry requirements for the course and is this different to your previous course?

Has anyone heard back from any of these programmes? I have applied to both the MSc in CSML and to the MSc ML. It's been three weeks since my recommenders submitted the recommendations for the former, and less than a week for the latter.Does anyone know if my applications will be hurt in anyway having had applied to both programmes?Btw, it seems like the CSML and ML are equally competitive, while the DSML is less competitive (simply because fewer apply). Take a look at the stats here https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/reque...7/attach/2/FOI 017 455.pdf?cookie_passthrough=1

of the three courses, DS&ML is the least competitive, then it's ML, then it's CSML. Also consider business analytics if your background isn't so technical. with DS yyou can pretty much replicate ML & CSML, especially if you ask to do options not on the regular menu. i did DS, but apart from Supervised Learning it could've been ML.

apply for all of them if you can afford the fees, it's a random process and they don't coordinate with each other as far as i know.
