    I think 12 and 13 are too young to be in a relationship, but even then, kissing is pretty innocuous...

    my neighbour and his friend started going out when they were like 11 (im being 100% serious btw, it makes me gag ugh) and they’re not 14, the whole time they’ve always snogged and kissed (even at those early stages of the relationship) they spend a lot of time together so i reckon they are in love - it depends, personally i think it’s too young but it’s down to the people, im gonna attack them for what they do ahah

    Perfectly alright. Kissing is a normal part of a relationship and at that age it's okay to be playing with the idea.
