First if you have had it already please tell me your experience and opinion on the maths part of the interview, if possible give examples of the exact type of questions on maths they asked you to solve

I'm asking because I'm horrendous at maths- haven't done it since GCSEs or lower as I studied in a different system

If you're not applying to Oxbridge (and possibly even if you are), maths will probably not even come up. I was interviewed at 3 unis including Oxford and the closest I came to maths, I think, was having to interpret a graph at an MMI station. Don't worry!

Yep for medicine! The BMAT spec is fine. As a general rule interviewers don't expect you to know anything you haven't done at school - they avoid going into too factual questions because
    1. they don't care because they use your exam results to see whether you're good at retaining information - they're more interested in how you can apply what you do know, especially at Oxbridge - and
    2. not everyone has done the same subjects so it would be unfair.

If you're gonna get tested on maths, they will most likely tell you if you get an interview. I know Keele definitely does a maths test, which is separate from their MMI and more MMIs are including maths questions. For fairness, the questions are usually very basic (Not calculus or trig etc) and are clinically relavent, or are simply interpreting graphs. I quite liked it cause it was basic enough I could use the station to chill.

I will not divulge questions due to confidentiality clauses I signed.

Honestly basic GCSE knowledge (or even pre GCSE) should get you through
