Looking at joint the army cadets as considering a career as an army physiotherapist.

Not the fittest of people but want to get fitter but would it be too hard to go straight into cadets?

If people could tell me what it involves that would be helpful
    Any advice appreciated

It's the cadets, there are no particular fitness requirements. Think scouts with an army theme. You do drill, learn about weapons, learn about the army, practice field craft (run about and crawl in the mud etc). Then there are all sorts of sports opportunities, adventure training eg caneoing, climbing, abseiling, D of E, shooting etc etc etc. Leadership training, visits to Army units, plenty of CV material.

No. Everyone else seems to cope fine.
