So, I've been an air cadet for just over a year know and I have found I have a thing for one of the other cadets. I've known her for about 2 months and there's a 17 month age gap (I'm younger). I just wanted to know how it would be best to make a move. (If I even should, if it fails miserably I'm still going to see this girl at least twice a week at the sqn). Please, answer if you have had any sort of experience with this. I'm 14.

Well, as you are 14 and she is probably close to 16 it might be best for now for you just to get to know her as a friend. I think you'll find it very awkward for you if you make your move and she's not on board having to then see her at least I know that isn't the answer you want to hear but that is what I believe. Buy, hey, I didn't really start dating until I was 17 so I don't have experience w/ this.

To be really honest at almost 16 she’ll probably think you’re too young for her.
It’s just a crush and it will fade.
