Mental health!^* Am I going mad? Watch

    So I’ve just turned 20, I suffered with anxiety for about 3years, but lately I have real nasty thoughts. I’ll have a good couple of days and than really low days. I push my partner away all the time and tell him to **** off (when really I need a hug) I think people are against me, my past will scar me, I can’t do better and I’m worthless. Even tho I tell my self I’m beautiful and everything’s okey it’s hard to stop these sad feelings. My bed is my favourite place and some times I’m too fragile. Anyone else feel like there battening with the self ?

    Maybe a new environment could help uplift your mood? What about going for a walk in nature?

    I’m trying to move out of my shared house atm but that causing problems if it’s own. And thank you for that idea I’ll give it a go

    My whole life is a battle against myself. The only way I keep the self-hatred at bay is by keeping busy and doing things I enjoy. I would also suggest getting professional help but I know first-hand how hard that can be and how disheartening it can be if it doesn't work as you expected first time round.

    Sounds hard for you & yh I’ve got a meeting today with wellbeing I’ve heard there good. I just try to understand why I am the way I am but I still consistently push people away and hide myself in the corner 😔
