    You honestly shouldn't be relying on Internet forums for this sort of thing. You presumably live in the UK, which has free healthcare, so you should just go to the doctor whenever you notice anything alarming

    Lump is very generic.

    As others have said, it's not something you should ignore. Make an appointment to see your GP and get a professional opinion.

    Most likely it's absolutely nothing to worry about, but no-one on an internet forum can give you a diagnosis and neither will any medical website.

    Depends what you mean by lump. If you mean a tiny little one like you might get with spots then just wait a few days and see if it goes by itself because it's probably a spot or small blemish.
    If you mean bigger, then either go into a pharmacy and ask for advice or book an appointment to see your GP. It's still probably nothing, but is something you should get checked.
