    What does it mean if someone says 'you have caused a massive to do'?

    An appropriate synonym for the phrase "to do" would be "disturbance"
    ie
    "the interruption of a settled and peaceful condition"

    Frankly given no context I have no idea, opinions are largely subjective so it may not necessarily be your fault. it may be even attributed to a combination of factors ie emotions etc at the time this comment was made.

    Personally i would advise you not to think too much into it.

    You've literally only told us that they said that one sentence to you. You haven't told us who "they" are, what the situation is or what you did to make them say that. If you want more advice, you'll have to give us more information.
