    This week is self care week and it got me thinking about how others practice self care. I make sure I take some regular alone time to chill in my room, catch up on a bit of TV, and just generally recharge. I also keep a little self care kit with a tasty snack, something that smells nice, something that feels nice, and stuff like that in it so I can reach for it whenever I need it.

    this is a cute idea

    find the whole thing of looking after MH difficult cos i always feel like im using it as an excuse but try to sleep and be away from people when i need to which is often

    I need time away from people. Like to read, colour etc things I can do on my own.

    I take time to read a book, watch Netflix etc eat my favourite foods, have a bath/shower and generally just spend time by myself to re-charge my batteries
