Take it one step at a time.

Rubidium is a balancing ion and does not get involved.

Cobaltate(II) means a cobalt(II) ion in the centre of a negative complex.

    Now place the ligands.

    'bis' means 'two of'
    'tris' means 'three of'

can you take the first one from here?

    thank you.
I got Rb [Co(NC2H6)2(Py)3Br] for the first one?
    and then [Cr(NH3)2(en)2]4[Fe(CN)6]3
