    Hi everyone,

I have my OASC at Cranwell next week. Yesterday as I was travelling to work the back wheel of my bicycle slipped out and sent me plummeting to the ground.

I bumped my hip and that seemed to be it. However, in the evening I began to get headaches and nausea, and woke up with a really stiff neck this morning. Looking at symptoms online (dangerous I know) I may have slight whiplash. I didn't bump my head but a fast action is enough to do it.

Does anyone know if I'd be fine within a week (my fitness tests will be on the Thursday) or whether I am able to push back my OASC at such short notice? I'm feeling worried about this now, I've been prepping for 3 months and have had this accident only one week before

Go and speak to your GP, and they will be able to diagnose you and tell you if you will be well enough when your fitness test comes around.
If you aren't then you will have to reschedule your test by contacting the test centre.
