My payment is blocked and I can't get through to SFE watch

    I have not yet received my Maintenance Loan, even though all my information has been given and the payment approved. My payment status is blocked and I do not know the reason for this. I have been trying to get through to SFE for the past hour but have been stuck in the endless loop of 'tell us who you are'. Is there another way to find out without going through the phone lines?

    Hi Dooodumba,

    There can be a number of reasons why your payments may be blocked, as we can't access individual accounts on The Student Room we would advise that you call us.
