Hello everyone, I'm in year 12 starting my first A level year and i wanted to ask:
I take chemistry, biology, business and psychology
but I want to drop psychology as I have no interest in it, I like real sciences and I really love chemistry and biology, however when I asked if I can drop it my teacher was like that business seems out of the "mixture" and it'd be best if I dropped business instead of psychology.
I have no interest in psychology nor have the will to memorize all the stuff we have to take, it's stressful because I have a lot to memorize from chemistry and biology, so I thought I'd keep business because I really enjoy it and it requires less work from me because it's very simple!
I don't know what I want to do for university, anything with biology and chemistry, and I've been told that I can;t do medicine without maths and physics, I'm not particularly very worried about that but I did have medicine in mind but I'm terrible at physics and math - also I hate them
so I also want to know if I have a chance to enter the medical field with just chemistry and biology?
    THANK YOU!!!

Business isn’t very respected by universities for this reason. If you generally like it then keep it, but I thought I’d just let you know.

Also, I’m 95% positive that you don’t need Maths or Physics to go into Medicine, just Chemistry and sometimes Biology.

Chemistry and Biology are enough to apply to most medical schools. However some medical schools want 3 A2's and 4 AS's so please look into this. If you dislike psychology you should drop it as you may get a lower grade in it. I think that Business looks quite good with Biology and Chemistry as it shows that you are a diverse people.

For Medicine you need to focus on doing well on you exams, UKCAT/BMAT and getting work experience.

I know people that have gotten into Medicine without Maths or Physics. Schools sometimes give terrible information to its students.
