I'm predicted AAC and I'd like to reapply next year if I do better. However I've read that it's not good to re-apply to the same university.
Let's say I put Nottingham as my firm and Kent as my insurance choice, however I did even better than I thought I would and got an AAB. If I rejected Nottingham (and by default Kent too), would I be at a disadvantage if I wanted to put Nottingham or Kent as my insurance choice when I reapply (with my firm choice being that from a higher entry requirement university)?

    It won't make any difference.

They won’t care, in fact they’ll probably want you more if you have grades already equal to/exceeding their requirements.
