If someone was exposed to a new cold virus every 2 weeks (as in the virus was placed in the nasal passage), would they develop consecutive colds all the time? Or adter s cold is the immune system very high even to new viruses?

Depends on whether it was the same virus, or if the viruses had similar antigens. This is because of the body is attacked by an unknown pathogen, the primary immune response is triggered, which is slow, and when people feel ill this is what is occurring. However, if it is the same virus, then the secondary immune response occurs, which is much faster and the person would not suffer from any symptoms.
